Terms & Conditions
These terms cover every order placed through bluetooth-tracker.co.uk. Placing one means you accept them, so they are worth reading first. Nothing in them reduces the rights you already have by law as a consumer.

1. Who you are buying from
bluetooth-tracker.co.uk is operated by BH Commerce Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16310021, with its registered office at Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@bluetooth-tracker.co.uk.
2. Ordering and contract formation
The product pages are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when your payment is confirmed by our payment processor, Stripe, and we send you an order confirmation with your order number.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock, if there has been an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.
3. Price and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. BlueTag is £14.48 per box.
- Where a price is shown struck through, that is the manufacturer’s recommended retail price for the same product; it is a reference price, not a price we have previously charged.
- Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout (2+ boxes 5% off, 3+ boxes 10% off, 4+ boxes 20% off). No discount code is needed. The total shown in the checkout summary is the final amount you will be charged; nothing else is added or deducted at payment.
- Referral codes. A referral code from one of our partners gives a further percentage off, applied to the price after any multi-buy discount (so the two do not simply add together). One referral code can be used per order, it cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw or change a code at any time before an order is placed. The referral discount is shown as its own line in the checkout summary and on your invoice.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. We do not store your card details — see our privacy policy.
4. Delivery
Dispatched within 1 working day, and delivery is free on every UK order with no minimum spend. UK delivery in 2–4 working days from dispatch. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are on our shipping & returns page.
5. Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email at hello@bluetooth-tracker.co.uk before that period expires. You must then return the goods within 14 days, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back.
On top of that statutory right, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return window for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.
You pay the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We pay it for faulty goods.
6. Faulty goods and warranty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have the right to reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and to a repair or replacement after that. In addition we provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water ingress beyond the stated IP67 rating, normal battery depletion, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair.
7. Compatibility
iPhone or iPad running iOS 14.5 or later, paired through the Apple Find My app. Android is not supported. The product relies on the Apple Find My network and on Apple’s software, neither of which we control. If you buy it for use with an unsupported device, that is a change of mind rather than a fault — though our 30-day return policy still applies.
Apple, iPhone, iPad, Find My and AirTag are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. BH Commerce Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. References to Apple products are for compatibility purposes only.
8. Acceptable use
BlueTag is intended for tracking your own belongings. You must not use it to track a person or a vehicle without that person’s knowledge and consent; doing so may be a criminal offence. Apple’s anti-stalking alerts are enabled on this device. We accept no liability for unlawful use.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. In particular, nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The trackers depend on Bluetooth range, battery condition and the density of nearby Apple devices. We do not warrant that a lost item will always be locatable, and we are not liable for the loss of an item the tracker was attached to.
10. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal strikes, extreme weather or supplier failure. If such an event occurs we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
11. Complaints and disputes
Email hello@bluetooth-tracker.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or take the matter to court.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site at the time you placed it, shown by the “last updated” date above.
13. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
